ELE-EDW Pigment Grinding Mill is suitable for industrialized continuous production.

The machine applies to pigment with various viscosity, can get ideal particle size in shorter time, more efficiency. It is one of the highly sophisticated products among the high efficiency milling equipment. It is especially famous in the field of process which is high viscosity , high solid content and high refining requirement. Unique designed filter can seperate 0.2mm media.

1. Special design for middle, high viscous material with ultra-fine requirement;

2. Adopt pin type structure, pin at high speed hitting & grinding principle, giving the media more powerful kinetic energy, which is the key for material refinement kinetic energy;

3. Unique discharging separation structure will not stuck beads or leak beads and the smallest micro beads media can be 0.2mm. The usage of small medium micro beads can make the materials achieve ultrafine grinding requirement more easily and reliably;

4. Tubular mesh center structure with small gap and large area, ensure that the material discharging smoothly while avoiding the collision of the beads, to prolong the service life.

5. The high-energy region of the grinding chamber(KW/L), can add 85-90% grinding media and filling amount of the media with a large proportion accelerate refining efficiency for the material;

6. Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal specially for the Bead Mill (can withstand pressure more than 10 kg), specifically designed for particles in fluid, is one of the most advanced technology of ELE Bead Mill;

7. Selection of special high wear-resistant material make your material clean without pollution. (High chromium alloy steel / Pure Zirconia / Polyurethane, etc.)

8. Internal spiral jacketed cooling mode, effectively and timely take out most of the heat in the grinding chamber.
